A balanced diet consiste of all kinds of food and provide a suitable amount of each and its essential nutrients to our health
There fore, food pyramid is a tool often used to indicate the amounts and types of food we need to have a balanced diet .on the other hand there are also
Myths which have always been characterized because they give the wrong version of the truth, and the food can not stay out of it even though causing imbalance as physical emotional as health
On the other junk hand food is a biological necessity, but also it has important cultural tradition that has led to the development and transmission of many false myths that have unreasonably caused changes in our behavior and eating habits of many people

In conclusion, a balanced diet is good if we follow the advice or a health professional about the benefits of each food properly and avoid eating to excess and unnecessary amounts of food
